The STW AG for Spatial Planning is an independent service company for spatial planning issues, geo-informatics and consultation in construction and planning, with head office in Chur. The company is mainly active in the cantons of Grisons, Glarus and St. Gallen, as well as in the Principality of Liechtenstein. We are very familiar with the regional strengths and characteristics of South-East Switzerland.
The municipality of Arosa decides arrangements in second house buildings.
On October 23rd 2011 the voting experts from the municipality of Arosa decided on a ballot to enact a „Law on allocation for second housing and a charge of steering tax“.
Requirements for communal and land use planning of the community Glarus North.
The STW AG doing spatial planning won the competitive process for the development of the communal and land use planning i.e. the consolidation of the already existing eight communal plans of Bilten, Niederurnen, Oberurnen, Näfels, Mollis, Filzbach, Obstalden and Mühlehorn.
Consolidation of the land use plans of Ascharina and St. Antönien
After a competitive process the STW AG for spatial planning received the supplement for the consolidation of the the land use plans of Ascharina and St. Antönien.
Workshop in Riom-Parsonz
The STW AG for spatial planning organized a workshop in Riom-Parsonz. The topic was the “Utilization of Inner Reserves”.
