The STW AG for Spatial Planning is an independent service company for spatial planning issues, geo-informatics and consultation in construction and planning, with head office in Chur. The company is mainly active in the cantons of Grisons, Glarus and St. Gallen, as well as in the Principality of Liechtenstein. We are very familiar with the regional strengths and characteristics of South-East Switzerland.
Presentation of the San Bernardino Masterplan
On March 30th, 2012 the Masterplan was presented with the scope of re-launching the touristic area of San Bernardino.
Communal planning examination Glarus North conference of the future
On February 11th 2012 the community Glarus North arranged a conference of the future examination of the community Glarus North in Näfels. The company STW AG doing spatial planning moderated this conference as a part of the current communal planning of the community.

The municipality of Arosa decides arrangements in second house buildings.
On October 23rd 2011 the voting experts from the municipality of Arosa decided on a ballot to enact a „Law on allocation for second housing and a charge of steering tax“.
