Consolidation of the land use plans of Ascharina and St. Antönien

After a competitive process the STW AG for spatial planning received the supplement for the consolidation of the the land use plans of Ascharina and St. Antönien.

At the 1. of January 2007 the two Communities St. Antönien and Ascharina united to the new Community St. Antönien. Due to the fusion the legally land use plans have to be consolidated, checked and where necessary adapted. At the same time, the land use plans are going to be digitalized the first time and the building la's going to be adapted to the the intercantonal convention for the harmonization of the building vocabulary.
